As part of the project I described in my last post, I have been testing quite a few javascript frameworks. What is a framework?
In this context it is a lot of javascript applications that you can use instead of trying to code the same thing your self. This way you get well tested software that you can use and that could make your website look better and feel better.
The frameworks I have been working with are:
Prototype
YUI (Yahoo User Interface)
jquery
In PHP I am now also looking into the Zend Framework. It is a bit harder to make this work, but I am … working on it.
